Joyce Ruch, Hygiene Coordinator/Dental Assistant
In her 40 years in the dental field, Joyce’s motivation and enthusiasm have never wavered. Working with Dr. Latham for the past 12 years has proven enjoyable every day because of the gentle care and attention he gives to his patients and staff. Joyce loves the dynamic aspect of her job and never tires of helping patients feel comfortable in the care they receive. Relentlessly positive, Joyce’s sense of humor inspires laughter in fellow employees, so don’t be surprised if you hear people laughing when you visit our Toledo office. Joyce and her husband, Ron, spend most of their free time with their children and grandchildren. To relax, she delves into a good book or explores the Ohio scenery on her bicycle.
Helen Oliver, Registered Dental Hygienist
In 1999, Helen graduated from Owens Community College where she was inducted into Sigma Phi Alpha, the dental hygiene honor society. She’s been working with Dr. Latham for over 10 years now, and she values the long-term relationships she’s fostered throughout the years. She loves replacing people’s fear of the dentist with a relaxed and trusting friendship. Working with children and elderly patients proves a challenging and rewarding experience for all parties involved. Outside of the office, Helen and her husband of 30 years, Douglas, enjoy time spent with their three grown children and the family dog. Helen’s personal hobbies include hiking, gardening, and Bible study.
Terri Wyman, Dental Hygienist
Terri has dedicated over 20 years of her career to the dental field. She was first drawn to the technical side of dentistry, earning her associate’s degree in dental lab technology in 1986. Since then, she has earned a degree in dental hygiene and an expanded functions certification. She’s been practicing dental hygiene since 2000, and she’s worked with Dr. Latham for over six years. Terri’s love of helping people translates to her profession, and she’s thankful she has the opportunity to change people’s lives by maintaining their smiles. In her spare time, Terri and her husband, Mike, enjoy relaxing motorcycle rides, traveling, and spending time with their daughters Ashley and Kelsey.
Staciee Zientek, Dental Assistant
Staciee began her career in the dental field over 20 years ago and has had the pleasure of working with Dr. Latham since 2005. Patients love her gentle chairside manner and willingness to answer any questions they have. Staciee’s favorite part of patient care involves coordinating treatment with team members and continually expanding her skill set. A proud grandmother, Staciee always makes time for her family and treasures quality time spent together.
Terri Straley, Financial Coordinator
With 18 years of experience in the financial industry, Terri brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our office. She loves the challenge of providing creative financing solutions and ensuring every patient is well cared for in all aspects of treatment. She's excited to be part of such an enthusiastic team that genuinely strives to provide the best care possible. Terri has two daughters, Heidi and Amanda, and she reserves as much spare time as possible to spend with them. She also enjoys reading, bowling, swimming, and following OSU football!
