Meet Dr. Latham
Charles E. Latham, DDS
Dr. Latham grew up in Toledo, Ohio, where he attended Rogers High School. After graduation, he completed his undergraduate degree at Kent State University and went on to earn his DDS degree from Ohio State University in 1980. For his general practice residency, Dr. Latham studied at UTMC, and shortly after, he entered into private practice. Dr. Latham has been serving Toledo residents from his West Alexis location since 2002.
As your general dentist, Dr. Latham upholds his own high standards for “Golden Rule” dentistry. He strongly believes that every patient should be treated with the respect and integrity he would give to members of his own family. His commitment to his patients shows through his ongoing education. To provide a wide range of services, Dr. Latham regularly invests time at dental seminars and study clubs. His recent continuing education focus includes orthodontics and Invisalign. Dr. Latham also serves on the Board of Directors for the Toledo Dental Society and holds membership with the American Dental Association and the Ohio Dental Association.
Outside of the office, Dr. Latham and his wife, Jill, enjoy family vacations with their boys Matt and Alex. Dr. Latham’s wife is also in the medical field, an ER physician, and his sons attend college – Matt’s studying architecture at CU Boulder, Colorado and Alex is enrolled in classes at Miami University. An avid fly fisherman, Dr. Latham relishes time spent in fishing towns out West. He also enjoys coaching wrestling and soccer.
